These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms”) govern access to, use of, and participation in The Coach Legacy digital platform, including its website, mobile applications, services, features, content, competitions, and associated programs (hereinafter, the “Platform”).

The Platform is operated by ConLuc Corp. , a company incorporated under the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, corporation number P23000043175, authentication code 230606095340-600409965266#1 (hereinafter, “ConLuc,” “the Company,” or “we”).

Access to or use of the Platform implies full, express, and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, as well as the End User License Agreement (EULA) and the Privacy Policy, which form an integral part of this legal framework.

1. NATURE OF THE PLATFORM

The Coach Legacy is a sports-based digital entertainment platform that includes game modes such as fantasy sports, predictions, competitions, rankings, and interactive dynamics. The Platform does not constitute a site for betting, gambling, or gambling activities, and its use does not imply any mandatory financial risk for the User.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION

Only persons who meet the following criteria may register and use the Platform:

Are thirteen (13) years of age or older; and

Have the legal capacity to accept these Terms, or, if they are minors, have the corresponding authorization from their parent or legal guardian.

The User guarantees that all information provided during registration is true, complete, and up to date. ConLuc reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts with false, incomplete, or misleading information.

3. MINORS

The Platform may be used by minors only with the express authorization of their parent or legal guardian, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The registration and participation of a minor implies that the parent or legal guardian:

has read and fully accepts these Terms and Conditions and the EULA;

authorizes the minor's participation in competitions, activities, and reward programs;

guarantees that the minor meets the minimum age requirement;

assumes full civil, contractual, and legal responsibility for the minor's actions within the Platform.

Prizes won by underage users may be subject to additional validation and, as appropriate, be delivered to the parent or legal guardian, or require additional documentation for awarding.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend, limit, or cancel the participation of any minor user if it detects non-compliance, false statements, or lack of valid authorization, without this giving rise to any right to compensation.

4. PERMITTED USE AND PROHIBITIONS

The User agrees to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following is strictly prohibited:

Using the Platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes;

Manipulating, altering, or interfering with the operation of the Platform;

Accessing third-party systems, accounts, or data without authorization;

Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting content without authorization;

Using bots, scripts, automations, or any unauthorized means.

5. USER CONTENT

The User may generate content within the Platform (team names, comments, settings, among others). The User declares that such content does not infringe the rights of third parties.

By uploading or generating content, the User grants ConLuc a non-exclusive, free, worldwide, and sublicensable license to use such content for operational, promotional, and Platform functioning purposes.

6. COMPETITIONS, SCORES, AND PRIZES

The Platform may offer competitions, rankings, physical or digital prizes, and benefits. The specific rules for each competition will be announced in due course.

ConLuc reserves the right to:

Modify, suspend, or cancel competitions;

Verify the identity and eligibility of winners;

Declare a prize void in the event of fraud or non-compliance.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, unless expressly stated.

7. PLANS, PAYMENTS, AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Basic access to the Platform may be free of charge. Certain features may be subject to payments, subscriptions, or premium plans.

All payments are final and non-refundable, unless required by law.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights to the Platform, its code, design, trademarks, content, and technology belong exclusively to ConLuc. The User does not acquire any property rights.

9. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

ConLuc may suspend or cancel accounts immediately in the event of a breach of these Terms, without prior notice and without the right to compensation.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Platform is provided “as is.” ConLuc does not guarantee continuous availability or the absence of errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConLuc shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.

11. MODIFICATIONS

ConLuc may modify these Terms at any time. Modifications shall take effect upon publication on the Platform.

12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America.

Any dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the mechanisms established in the EULA.
